To become a citizen you have to download the UBI-Vault app on your Android phone. Tell your phone to trust the app so that it can be installed. On your phone, open a browser and download the beta app from here:
As soon as the release of the app is ready, you will be able to read that here!
Open your app, give in your data and the public address of your crypto currency wallet. You will then be verified with sms verification to complete your subscription as a citizen to the UBI-Vault.
